Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts from A-Z, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.


• Handle a variety of accounts, including construction, manufacturing, operations, auto dealers, banks, hospitals, restaurants, and utility companies.


• Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to clients' insurance needs.


• Collaborate with producers and other team members to deliver seamless service.


• Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts efficiently.


• Maintain professionalism and uphold the agency's high standards of service.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.


• Proven experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on small to mid-market accounts ($20k-$100k+ premium range).


• Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and ability to handle a diverse book of business.


• Proficiency in Applied Epic or similar agency management software preferred.


• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Professional, mature, and responsible demeanor.


• Ability to thrive in a conservative, hardworking environment.
