Job Description

We are seeking a Tech ABAP Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP ABAP development, S/4HANA brownfield implementations, and remediation code work and a proven ability to lead delivery while remaining hands-on, organize project activities, and produce clear documentation .

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute ABAP development and remediation for S/4HANA migrations.
• Plan, organize, and document technical workstreams and deliverables.
• Engage with stakeholders, set expectations, and navigate challenging discussions.
• Provide guidance to developers while contributing hands-on to code and reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SAP ABAP with hands-on remediation and custom development for S/4HANA.
• At least 2 brownfield implementations to S/4HANA.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and documentation abilities with proactive planning.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience guiding teams through code remediation tools and readiness checks for S/4HANA.
• Background in Agile delivery and collaboration with cross-functional SAP teams.
