Relation Insurance is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Surety Account Coordinator to join its growing Tulsa team.

Prior surety experience is a plus, but it is not required. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment where accuracy, organization, follow-through, and deadlines matter. If you have experience in insurance support, underwriting, legal administration, medical billing, or another detail-intensive field, this could be an opportunity to build a long-term career in commercial insurance and surety.

You'll work alongside experienced producers and surety professionals to process bond requests, coordinate documentation, communicate with clients and carriers, and keep accounts moving efficiently. We'll provide the support and industry knowledge to help you learn the specialized world of surety.

What You'll Do

• Process and coordinate commercial and contract surety bond requests
• Prepare bond forms and supporting documentation accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate requests and submissions with surety carriers and underwriters
• Track bond requests, renewals, continuation certificates, riders, cancellations, and outstanding documentation
• Review forms and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with clients, producers, underwriters, and carriers to keep requests moving and deadlines on track
• Respond promptly to questions regarding bond status, billing, documentation, and servicing needs
• Maintain accurate account records and activity within the agency management system
• Manage multiple requests, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Learn commercial surety products, terminology, carrier requirements, and processes
• Partner closely with experienced producers and team members as you develop your surety expertise
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, organization, and client service

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a detail-intensive administrative, client service, insurance, underwriting, legal, billing, or processing role
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, requests, and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong follow-through and a sense of urgency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with detailed forms, documentation, data, and established processes
• Ability to learn new systems, terminology, and processes quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills and a dependable, team-oriented approach
• Experience in insurance, underwriting, surety/bonds, legal support, paralegal work, or medical billing is a plus
• Property & Casualty License is preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain one if required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
