Account Payable CoordinatorThe Account Payable Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing accounts payable (A/P) inquiries including research, investigation, and problem solving necessary to support the daily activity of the Accounts Payable Department.This position will be in person in Tulsa, OK with the option to work a hybrid schedule. Working hours will be Monday through Friday with an 8 hour set schedule.This position is located at 14002 E. 21st. Falsification of information, proxy interviewing, or misrepresentation of experience or location will result in disqualification.Input and process accounts payable invoices and related documents in compliance with established policies and proceduresReview account coding, vendor details and approvals ensuring accuracy and completenessManage high volume invoice processing and upload payment requests efficiently according to department standardsResearch and resolve vendor inquiries, discrepancies, and payment issues, including refunds, duplicate payments, and stale dated checksReconcile vendor statements and maintain organized records for audit and complianceHandle returned or rejected payments and coordinator corrective actionsUtilize internal systems for reporting, data analysis, and reconciliation; create and maintain spreadsheets to support AP processesSeek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal settingMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransAssociate's Degree strongly preferred1 year of accounts payable experience OR Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business in lieu of AP experience.Apart from religious observations, must be able to work Monday-Friday 40 hours/ work weekMust be willing to accept starting pay of $18.03/hour.Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureMinimum age of 18 years.Current residence in the Tulsa area.
