Management Analysts (Consultants)

Role Overview

Apply business strategy, structured problem-solving, and executive communication expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world input. This remote consulting opportunity focuses on shaping how AI models learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex, ambiguous business problems and organize them into clear, actionable frameworks.
• Gather and synthesize scattered, unstructured information into concise insights and recommendations.
• Create polished, executive-ready slide decks with a clear narrative, key findings, and one to two actionable recommendations.
• Perform basic quantitative analysis in Excel to validate hypotheses and support recommendations.
• Communicate insights clearly in writing and verbally in a remote project environment.
• Partner with project leads to refine deliverables and align work with client objectives and expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a strategy analyst, management consultant, or similar business advisory professional.
• Ability to structure business problems and turn unorganized information into strategic narratives and recommendations.
• Advanced skill in producing executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong analytical ability, including basic Excel-based data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in virtual settings.
• Ability to work independently on remote projects with minimal direction.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to concise, high-impact deliverables.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $60 to $120 per hour.
