We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring Direct Care Staff to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and throughout the community.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation
• Providing support with daily routines and household activities
• Encouraging independence and assisting individuals in developing life skills
• Accompanying individuals to community activities, appointments, shopping, recreation, and other outings
• Providing companionship and promoting social interaction
• Following individualized care plans and maintaining a safe, supportive environment
• Documenting services and communicating important updates to the appropriate team members

We are looking for individuals who are:

Experience is a plus, but training may be provided for the right candidate.

Part- time hours available in the Stone Oak area.
