We're looking for an experienced QSR General Manager who loves building great teams, improving operations, and creating an environment where both employees and guests want to come back.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15–30 employees
• Recruit and build a fully staffed, high-performing restaurant
• Develop shift leaders and future managers
• Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and restaurant KPIs
• Improve speed of service and order accuracy
• Maintain strong food safety and operational standards
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and recognition

What We're Looking For

• Current or recent QSR management experience required
• General Manager experience strongly preferred
• Proven success hiring, developing, and retaining teams
• Strong tenure and career progression
• ServSafe certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
