Medical Spa Boutique Manager — Orange County, Newport Beach + San Clemente We’re not hiring someone to manage a boutique. We’re hiring someone to run it. The Treatment Skin Boutique exists to make people look and feel like the best version of themselves - through aesthetic skin treatments by expert providers. We’re growing, and we need a leader who can grow with us. This isn’t a clipboard role. This is a leadership role where your primary focus is guiding the business and developing your team - from hiring and coaching to performance and day-to-day operations.

THE ROLE

You’ll oversee Newport Beach and San Clemente — a team of 12+ people across multiple boutique locations. You’ll split time between two beautiful coastal locations.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Lead, coach, and develop a multi-location team of 12+ employees Drive revenue growth across services, injectables, and retail Hold your team accountable to performance metrics — and help them get there Own staffing decisions, scheduling strategy, and payroll efficiency Maintain strong operational standards: inventory, compliance, daily execution Ensure a consistent, elevated client experience across every location Partner with leadership on marketing campaigns, events, and community presence Budget for your locations and report on financial performance

Primarily weekday presence; occasional weekend coverage Nights are reserved for events and inventory

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

Base Salary $70,305 - $75,000 annually Bonus Potential This role also includes quarterly performance-based opportunities tied to revenue and overall boutique performance. Total Comp Strong performers have the opportunity to reach $90k-$100k+ in total earnings. Bonus structure, timing, and eligibility are outlined in a separate plan.
