Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated Store Director for our South Coast Plaza location in Costa Mesa, California, to lead the team and drive the business to success! Our Louis Vuitton Store Directors are true brand ambassadors, responsible for leading and developing the store team through innovative, hands‑on management and mentorship. As inspiring leaders, they motivate their teams to build sustainable client relationships, ensuring that every client experience reflects the Louis Vuitton Promise. Job responsibilities Reporting to the Regional Vice President of the West Region and serving as a role model for the business, you will demonstrate exceptional sales leadership skills. This includes building your client portfolio, driving client repurchase rates, and cross‑selling through efficient sales floor management, all while ensuring that Louis Vuitton standards are upheld at all times. With a passion for people development and leadership, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and engaging highly motivated teams. You will provide regular feedback on their personal growth and ensure they have detailed development plans to further their careers at Louis Vuitton. Ideally, you have experience in a renowned premium or luxury retail environment, with a passion for being on the sales floor, where you thrive on direct engagement with both the team and clients. Profile As a Store Director, you will manage and coach your team to build sustainable client relationships, ensuring that every client experience aligns with the Louis Vuitton Promise. You will proactively identify business opportunities and implement strategic actions to achieve your store’s goals. You will be directly accountable for business development, as well as monitoring your store’s operations and budget. Key Responsibilities: Team Management and Development Client and Business Development Role Modeling in Selling and Floor Management Operations Oversight The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $190,000 - $210,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long‑term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
