Job Description Job Description Tax Partner / Of Counsel (7+ Years) Direct Counsel is seeking a Tax Partner or Of Counsel to join a highly respected Am Law firm. This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior tax attorney to join a growing and collaborative Taxation, Trusts & Estates practice with strong firm leadership support and significant long-term growth potential. The firm is seeking an experienced attorney with sophisticated transactional tax experience gained in a law firm environment. This role offers flexibility in office location, with opportunities available in Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Francisco. For the right candidate, there is also potential for a future practice group leadership role.
