Our team in Space & Defense is looking for a Continuous Improvement Leader to join them. You will report to the Value Stream Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in Blacksburg, VATo be considered for Continuous Improvement Leader you will need:* Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience using continuous improvement tools. Lean Six Sigma experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.* Proven ability to utilize statistical evaluation techniques, process capability analysis, and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you'll be at the heart of driving organizational development and continuous improvement.
