Job Opportunity: Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Medical ICU

Our organization, located in Savannah, GA, is on the lookout for a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Medical Intensive Care Unit (ICU) within the Healthcare & Medical Services division. This pivotal leadership position involves the coordination of care for high-acuity patients, promoting evidence-based practices, and mentoring nursing personnel to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate patient care for individuals with complex medical needs.
Support and implement evidence-based nursing practices.
Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Manage workflow and staffing within the unit to maintain efficiency.
Engage in initiatives aimed at performance improvement and quality enhancement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
Experience in an ICU setting is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
