Our organization in Savannah, GA is on the lookout for a dedicated Clinical RN Coordinator to join our Progressive Care Unit. This position involves delivering direct patient care while managing clinical operations, staffing, and the flow of patients in a step-down/telemetry setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and coordinate clinical operations.
• Manage staffing and ensure efficient patient flow for step-down and telemetry patients.
• Support evidence-based practices and mentor staff through education and training.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
