Senior Analyst role within Stryker Medical focused on developing market insights and quantitative analysis to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include market sizing, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead market sizing, modeling, and forecasting across product categories and geographies
Analyze market, competitor, customer, and industry data to identify trends and opportunities
Develop and maintain competitive landscapes and market share estimates using internal and external data
Design and manage external market research engagements and vendor selection
Partner with Marketing and stakeholders to translate market insights into strategic implications

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
2+ years professional work experience
2+ years Microsoft Excel experience with complex dataset analysis and modeling
MBA preferred
Prior experience in market research, insights, strategy, finance, analytics, or consulting
Experience with market sizing, forecasting, competitive intelligence, or financial modeling
Data visualization or business intelligence tools like Power BI preferred

Compensation: $69,500–$144,200 USD annual (varies by location band)
