Part-Time Resident Manager - Affordable Senior Housing

Sherman Associates

Sherman Associates is seeking a property manager for Mount Washington Senior Apartments in Independence, MO. The role guides daily operations, leasing and marketing, compliance, and exceptional customer service to residents. This position runs 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday 9am–4pm, with a 1-hour lunch. You’ll supervise staff, manage vacancies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with housing laws while delivering strong community relations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sherman Associates
