Job Summary The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is responsible for managing an assigned territory focused on supporting reimbursement and patient services by providing assistance with patient reimbursement challenges for a specific drug. The role includes benefit investigation, prior authorization, claims assistance, and appeals, and it involves educating offices on payer landscape and services available through remote and on‑site training. The FRM is client‑facing, building relationships with physician offices and manufacturer representatives to deliver services based on customer preferences. The FRM works independently in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment and collaborates with internal program hub support services to meet all customer needs. Key Responsibilities Provide on‑site and on‑demand education (Lunch & Learns, Dinner presentations) for office staff regarding reimbursement challenges and available support services. Conduct on‑site/virtual interactions (average 15 per week), recording activities in FRM CRM and reporting to manager weekly. Educate on benefit investigation, prior authorization process, support center services, Medicare and commercial coverage, and patient communication streams. Stream quarterly impression of educational topics and trended data to client. Support case management, billing and coding updates, appropriate claims submission, specialty pharmacy, medical benefit interpretation, medical necessity determination, claims and appeal assistance, and co‑pay assistance. Collaborate with case managers (average 4per month) and handle escalations as needed. Set up appointments and complete outbound calls to targeted offices. Assist in completing backlog casework and perform day‑to‑day office work. Interface with physicians and manufacturer representatives to obtain and provide provider‑specific information. Track all interactions/activities in FRM CRM for reporting to management and client. Monitor program performance for physicians and manufacturer representatives via FRM CRM dashboard and quarterly reporting. Research and compile provider/manufacturer representative information for the reimbursement database (account profiles). Minimum Job Qualifications 4‑year degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 4+years of healthcare‑related reimbursement experience. Strong medical reimbursement experience with Buy & Bill and/or specialty pharmacy. Experience supporting oncology products preferred. Experience in the healthcare industry including insurance verification, prior authorizations, claims adjudication, or physician office/clinic. Proficiency with Medicare and commercial insurance coverage. Ability to deliver and document benefit investigation outcomes and relay status reports regularly. Proven presentation skills. Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and excellent organizational skills. Strong computer literacy including PowerPoint and web‑meeting experience. Business Experience Previous field experience, a plus. Previous experience with specialty pharmacy, a plus. Account management experience, a plus. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Travel Requirements Must reside in the territory. Must be able to travel80%(4daysperweek) via automobile or plane. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record/MVR. Physical Requirements Possible long periods of sitting and/or keyboard work. General office demands. Compensation Base pay range: $76,300–$127,100.
