???? What You’ll Do Every Day
✔️ Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure consistent coverage
✔️ Serve as the communication hub between families and caregivers
✔️ Support caregivers with clarity, empathy, and problem-solving
✔️ Assist with recruiting and onboarding new team members
✔️ Step in to support nearby Comfort Keepers offices when needed

✅ What We’re Looking For
We’re serious about finding the right fit — someone who sees this as more than just a job.

To thrive in this role, you must:
• Be 18 years or older
• Hold a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Live within 10–20 miles of Luzerne
• Be available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Have staffing or scheduling experience (preferred, but we’ll train a dependable learner)
