Attorney Recruitment Coordinator (Buffalo)

Hodgson Russ LLP, a dynamic and leading law firm known for its excellence and innovation in legal services, is seeking an Attorney Recruitment Coordinator to join its Legal Talent Management team in the Firm’s Buffalo office. The Attorney Recruitment Coordinator will assist with summer associate program and entry-level recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates; coordinating on-campus recruiting events and interviews; and developing and executing summer program training and social events. The Attorney Recruitment Coordinator maintains the firm’s attorney applicant tracking system and prepares reports that support the firm’s recruitment strategy. The Attorney Recruitment Coordinator assists with new attorney due diligence processes, onboarding, and integration. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration. A bachelor’s degree and two+ years’ experience in a professional services environment required.

At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position in Buffalo is $58,119 to $68,193. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience and skill level.
