Associate Attorney

Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its expanding Long-Term Care and Medical Malpractice practice in Buffalo, New York. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing office and work alongside experienced litigators on complex and challenging matters. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop litigation skills, contribute to case strategy and development, interact directly with clients, and play an important role in growing and strengthening firm relationships.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5 years of experience practicing insurance defense litigation.
• Long-term care or Medical Malpractice experience is preferred but not required.
• Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar .
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and case-management abilities.
• A demonstrated interest in developing as a litigation attorney and working collaboratively within a growing team.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $125,000-$160,000 , depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
