Workers Compensation Associate Attorney
Seeking a Workers Compensation Associate Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience. We are a multi-office law firm, seeking a motivated attorney to join a busy worker's compensation practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience handling defense workers compensation matters.
Minimum Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school; law review membership preferred
- Admitted to practice in New York; being licensed in additional states is a plus but not necessary
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience handling court appearances and depositions is preferred
- Proficient in managing a caseload and accompanying deadlines independently and responsibly
Work Location: In person
