Internal Traveler Respiratory Therapist

Overview Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – 14‑week travel assignment. Location Williamsburg, VA Work Shift Weekend nights, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Assignment Details $70.00 per hour (RRT). Responsibilities The RRT will work cooperatively with nursing and other health‑care team members to provide professional respiratory care to patients ranging from neonates to adults in all clinical and ambulatory settings. Responsibilities include assessing patients, implementing physician‑directed respiratory interventions, and ensuring appropriate age‑specific care. Qualifications • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (or equivalent).

• State license (Virginia) and active BLS certification.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• For new graduates, must obtain RRT certification within 6 months of hire.

Experience Minimum 1 year of clinical respiratory care experience (preferred).
