Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager - Northern Sacramento Valley Salary $130,000–$160,000 DOE, plus medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, life and disability coverage after a 90-day probationary period, 401(k) eligibility after one year, 10 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, and two weeks of accruing PTO. Commercial construction, public sector renovation and site work, with a 20-year regional builder. We are representing a well-established commercial construction firm based in the Sacramento region, known for its work on public and institutional projects and its focus on building lasting relationships with the communities it serves. The Role: This Project Manager will lead a public sector renovation project, managing the work from mobilization through closeout. The scope includes interior renovation, a building addition, roof system replacement, and associated site improvements. PMs on this team typically spend most of their time at the job site rather than in the office.
