We are an FQHC in Central California seeking to hire an exceptional Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners to join our growing provider team.

Serving Tulare, Kings and Fresno Counties, our health centers are located in the heart of California and within a couple of hours from the states beautiful foothills, lakes, national parks and the Central Coast. Licenses and Qualifications:

Licenses & Certifications: Licensed in the state of California as a Nurse Practitioner and/or licensed in the state of California as a Physician Assistant.
