Unit Secretary

At Complete Care at Shrewsbury , our residents are at the heart of everything we do. We’re seeking a compassionate and organized Unit Secretary to join our team and help support exceptional resident care. Qualifications & Responsibilities: High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience working in a long‑term care/subacute setting is preferred Answer phones as necessary Ability to work independently or as part of a group Computer knowledge Pass out ice water to residents, make beds, and answer resident call lights Report all accidents and incidents you observe as soon as possible Report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Charge Nurse or Unit Manager Transfer hospital appointments and schedule doctor appointments Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator Schedule & Benefits: Schedule: Full‑time, Day shift, Every other weekend required Work today; Get paid today option available Comprehensive benefits package available for full‑time employees, including health, dental, vision and paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for career advancement Complete Care at Shrewsbury is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Complete Care at Shrewsbury
