As a Simply Solar Outside Sales Representative, you will: Follow up on company generated appointments Design and create detailed solar energy plans and proposals Close contracts in-home and virtually Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with clients during the production process, while our dedicated project managers manage your projects Requirements 2+ years of proven track record in solar sales Outstanding closing and follow-up skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Integrity, honesty, and ability to speak with any and all homeowners High proficiency with computers and online tools Comfortable with flexible hours, including weekend and evening hours Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record Current HIS license Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Reliable and always available transportation Fluent in Spanish strongly preferred Nice-to-Have Skills Salesforce or other CRM experience Ready to crush it in solar sales in spite of NEM 3.0?
