Senior Scrum Master - Fully Remote

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our fully remote team at a thriving healthcare company. The Senior Scrum Master will coach and facilitate IT teams, help achieve sprint goals, and continuously improve processes in a fast‑changing environment. Responsibilities Lead and coach one-to-many IT teams, driving adoption of Scrum and Agile practices Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and Agile Release Train (ART) sync meetings Work closely with Product Managers/Owners and peer Scrum Masters on sprint and release planning, backlog grooming, and capacity planning Identify, document, and remove impediments while protecting teams from outside interference Capture and report metrics, track deliverables, and maintain an IT forecasting roadmap in partnership with the Product Manager Assess team maturity, provide coaching, and guide teams toward higher levels of self‑organization Advocate for transparency, inspection, and adaptation, and lead continuous improvement initiatives Act as liaison between clients and delivery teams, ensuring project success and business value alignment Qualifications 4+ years of experience in IT engineering and at least 2 years as a Scrum Master delivering medium‑complexity products Strong servant‑leadership and facilitation skills with a proven track record of coaching teams Solid understanding of Scrum (2020 Scrum Guide) and Agile principles Excellent presentation, influencing, relationship‑building, and communication abilities Proficiency in Jira and other Agile tools; advanced Jira knowledge is preferred Experience in risk and change management and working with distributed teams Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving capabilities CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or equivalent certification is required; enterprise‑level certification is a plus Salary & Benefits Salary range: $83,890 – $142,610 (based on national data; actual pay adjusted per skills, experience, education) Eligible for short‑term incentives, comprehensive health, life, and voluntary benefits, and other perks to support physical, mental, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
