We are looking for a Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts for a contract position based in Irondale, Alabama. This role is ideal for someone who can manage hiring from initial outreach through the offer stage while maintaining a strong candidate experience. The position will focus on corporate and high-volume recruiting needs within a retail environment, with an emphasis on building talent pipelines and keeping hiring activity organized through an applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment activities across the full hiring lifecycle, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through interviews, selection, and offer coordination.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for corporate and high-volume openings by using proactive sourcing methods and targeted outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on priorities, and recommend effective approaches to attract talent with relevant experience.
• Screen applicants to evaluate experience, skills, and fit, then present candidates with relevant experience for further consideration.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate progress, and requisition updates accurately within the applicant tracking system.
• Monitor hiring timelines and workload across multiple openings, adjusting priorities to meet business staffing needs.
• Support recruiting operations and related process updates as needed, including changes tied to internal hiring workflows or systems.• Experience managing full cycle recruiting across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer stages.
• Background in corporate recruiting with the ability to support multiple requisitions at the same time.
• Proven success in high-volume hiring environments where speed and quality are both important.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify talent through various channels and outreach methods.
• Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate records and recruiting activity.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced recruitment setting.
