Overview Doyon Government Group (DGG) provides design-build and general construction services, including demolition, new construction, renovations, and repairs, for government-owned facilities and military installations nationwide.The IT Systems Administratoris responsible forthe administration, maintenance, and support of Doyon Government Group’s enterprise business applications, with a primary focus on the Trimble Vista ERP system. The position supports Accounting, Finance, Payroll, Project Management, and Operations bymaintainingsystem functionality, user access, workflows, integrations, reporting, and data integrity. The position serves as the primary internal resource for Vista and related business applications, coordinates with software vendors andCloudByteas needed, andassiststhe IT Manager with technology systems, projects, security, and other IT initiatives.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Administer andmaintainthe company’s Trimble Vista ERP system, including user access, security roles, system configuration, workflows, and routine system maintenanceProvide functional and technical support for Vista and related applications used by Project Management, Accounting, Finance, Payroll, and OperationsTroubleshoot ERP issues involving job costing, project setup, timekeeping, payroll, purchasing, subcontract administration, billing, financial reporting, and related processesCoordinate with business users toidentifysystem issues and requirements and work with the IT Manager andappropriate departmentleaders to implement approved system changes and improvementsMaintain and support ERP integrations with payroll, timekeeping, accounting, reporting, and other business applications and investigate data or transaction errorsDevelop andmaintainERP reports, queries, dashboards, and data exports andassistusers with system reporting needsCoordinate Vista upgrades, patches, testing, enhancements, and implementation of new functionality with TrimbleMaintain ERP documentation, system configurations, workflows, procedures, and user documentationAdminister designated enterprise applications and technology systems outside of Vista, including Microsoft 365, QCS/RMSand other business applications, as assigned by the IT ManagerAssist the IT Manager with cybersecurity, system access controls, backups, technology projects, system implementations, and other IT initiativesCoordinate withCloudByteand other technology vendors to resolve issues that require external technical support and ensureappropriate follow-upProvidedback upassistanceto the IT Support Specialist for onboarding and offboarding assets, Starlink and cell phone administrationProvide back-upassistanceto IT Manager for designated IT functions and perform other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of ERP systems administration, preferably Trimble Vista, including configuration, workflows, integrations, and reportingWorking knowledge of business applications used in Accounting, Finance, Payroll, Project Management, and OperationsKnowledge of identity and access management principles, including user provisioning, security roles, MFA, and system access controlsFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 administration and enterprise application ecosystems (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.)Understanding ofbasic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls) and how ERP and enterprise systems interact in a distributed environmentWorking knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, data integrity, backups, and system recovery processesAnalytical & Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to troubleshoot ERP and business‑application issues related to job costing, payroll, reporting, and project setupEffective collaboration with Accounting, Finance, Payroll, Operations, and external vendors (Trimble,CloudByte)Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build cooperative and productive working relationshipsLeadership &Growth Potential:Demonstrates initiative and ownership of technical responsibilities and projectsAbility to mentor others,providetechnical guidance, and serve as an escalation pointStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, technology projects, and deadlinesCapacity to learn enterprise‑wide IT infrastructure beyond Vista, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity programsAbility to exercise sound judgment andmaintainconfidentiality with sensitive company, employee, and project informationCORE COMPETENCIES:Commitment to Excellence-Identifieswhat needs to beaccomplishedandtakes action to achievea standard of excellence beyond job expectations.Corporate Values- Understands, embraces, and integrates Doyon corporate values into everyday duties and responsibilities.Customer Service-Identifiesand responds to current and future needs by providing excellent service to internal and external customers.Safety and Security- Promotes a safe work environment for co-workers and customers.Teamwork- Resourceful team player that builds, strengthens, andmaintainscollaborative relationships with others inside or outside the organization.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be consideredMinimum 3–5 years of progressive experience supporting ERP or enterprise business applications (e.g., Vista, HRIS, Accounting systems)Experience administering enterprise software such as Microsoft 365, user provisioning, system configuration, and security rolesDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot complexapplications, workflow, data, or integration issuesStrong communicationskills; ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external technology vendorsAbility tomaintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive system, financial, and personnel data appropriatelyPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting or administering Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Intune, or other cloud‑based identity or endpoint‑management technologiesExperience in cybersecurity monitoring, endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation, or compliance‑related technology controlsExperience supporting network infrastructure and remote connectivity solutions (VPN, firewalls, wireless networks)Experience supporting federal contracting systems or construction‑related government technology platforms such as QCS/RMSExperience coordinating IT projects, system upgrades, technology planning, or vendor management—key competencies for future IT Manager readinessRelevant industry certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, cybersecurity, ERP/configuration‑related credentials)Relevant industry experience, federal construction contracting with a general knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulationsWORKING ENVIRONMENT: The majority of work is performed in a secure remote or hybrid office environment, using company‑approved devices and connectivity. Regular collaboration occurs through virtual meeting platforms, messaging tools, andoccasional in‑personinteractions with employees, vendors, and business partners. Work may periodically take place at office locations, data rooms, or field‑project sites to support system maintenance, troubleshooting, or deployment needs.SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year. Exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, education, certifications, and work location.
