Senior Data Scientist

Salary: $135,000 - 175,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 5+ years of experience building AI and/or machine learning models for business use cases.
• We need 3+ years of hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying models in production.
• We need 3+ years of experience with data lakes and cloud services, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
• We require a bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• A masters degree is strongly preferred.
• We look for Data Science or AI certifications.
• We need deep expertise in machine learning, neural networks, computer vision, large language models, natural language processing, or a similar area.
• We expect proven experience in algorithm selection, model training, feature engineering, performance tuning, and implementation.
• We need proficiency in Python and core data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and/or Seaborn.
• We require strong SQL skills and experience with SQL query engines.
• We value experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• We look for expertise in Agile methodologies for product and software development.
• We expect experience using data science and AI to improve business performance.
• We need strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in ambiguous situations.
• We look for excellent quantitative abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
• We require strong executive communication skills, both verbal and written.
• We need the ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts clearly at all levels of the organization.
• We expect the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Telecom experience is a plus.
• Experience designing, deploying, and evaluating AI agents and orchestration for 2+ years is a plus.

• We will lead AI and machine learning initiatives from business problem discovery through data preparation, model development, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
• We will analyze complex business challenges using analytical and quantitative methods to uncover patterns and correlations in large, complex datasets.
• We will gather, integrate, and curate data from internal and external sources to build robust datasets for predictive and prescriptive modeling.
• We will establish best practices for producing accurate reports, visualizations, and dashboards that communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• We will develop models for visual recognition and natural language processing to interpret complex data and support predictions and decisions.
• We will determine the most effective model architecture and parameter settings to maximize accuracy and performance.
• We will partner with stakeholders to understand needs and concerns and translate them into concise analytics and actionable insights.
• We will build collaborative relationships, share knowledge, and deliver predictive insights that support strategic decisions while identifying risks and opportunities.
