Senior Financial Data Analyst

Joining a dynamic healthcare team, the full-time Senior Financial Data Analyst will develop and maintain reports and analytics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while collaborating with internal and external customers in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Develop, document, and maintain financial reports and analytics to support leadership decision-making Lead medical claims reinsurance reporting and support the preparation of provider group financial statements Utilize advanced tools to create customized dashboards and automate reporting for efficient metric monitoring Required qualifications Minimum of five years of relevant experience, particularly in an actuarial role focused on claims reserves and IBNR estimation Proficiency in technical tools such as MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, Access, and Python Experience in performing complex data analysis and developing reports and dashboards in a healthcare setting Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience Strong ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
