Emergency Dispatch Specialist

The City of Santa Fe Springs is looking for an Emergency Response Technician to work in a fast-paced Communications Center. You will process 911 calls, prioritize emergencies, and utilize CAD systems to dispatch appropriate responses while maintaining high customer service standards. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to handle stressful situations.
