The Restaurant Assistant General Manager plays a critical role in the successful launch and ongoing operation of a new store by focusing on staff training and enhancing customer service. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position supports team management, inventory control, scheduling, and quality assurance to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Full service background with elevated dining background required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support restaurant team to foster a positive work environment
• Oversee inventory control and maintain stock levels
• Lead staff training programs to improve skills and service quality
• Coordinate employee scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service and resolve issues
• Maintain quality assurance standards throughout the restaurant

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
