Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Senior Product Manager.Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and improvements based on user feedback, business needs, and market trends
• Conduct research and gather stakeholder input to support product strategy and decision-making
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Present recommendations, project updates, and product insights to stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, marketing, and sales, to deliver successful product solutions
• Develop and implement processes that improve product development, delivery, and release management efforts
• Maintain product documentation, including requirements, specifications, user guides, and release communications
• Support adherence to organizational standards, governance requirements, and product management best practices

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4-6 years of experience in product management, product operations, or a related role, with experience managing product roadmaps and driving product initiatives
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable product enhancements
• Experience working in Agile environments and using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience tracking product performance and leveraging metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with product documentation, collaboration tools, and knowledge management platforms preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
