Job Description:

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus *For Eligible Candidates

$10,000 Relocation Bonus *For Eligible Candidates

Schedule: 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.

* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs.

* Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.

* Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.

* Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. * Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Skills required to work in critical care area as defined by unit [Required]
• Excellent organization and interpersonal communication skills [Required]
• Basic computer skills - must be able to navigate Microsoft windows based programs [Required]

Education:
• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:
• Experience in a specialty area(s) [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) [Required]
