Construction Laborer

Nature of Work We are seeking an efficient, safety-minded Laborer to join our team. This Laborer position is responsible for completing assigned tasks in the field safely. Duties and Responsibilities Duties listed below may vary in terms of importance and duties are subject to change as this position develops. Locating facilities. Hauling equipment to sites. Hauling soil, sand, and gravel. Spotting for operator. Any other related tasks to complete job. Required Competencies To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Work Conditions/Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Work will be performed in the field at the job site in all weather conditions. Union position with equivalent pay and benefits.
