Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Product Manager to lead the definition, prioritization, and delivery of data and reporting capabilities for our International Technology Ecosystem.\nThis role will support the transition of Canada and Puerto Rico restaurants to the international technology platform. The Data Product Manager will partner with senior business stakeholders, analytics teams, data engineering, and platform owners to define reporting needs that support restaurant performance, profitability, customer experience, forecasting, labor, inventory, supply chain, and financial visibility.\nThis is a business-focused product management role, not a hands-on data science or engineering position. The ideal candidate will bring strong product management experience, data fluency, executive-level stakeholder management, and the ability to turn loosely defined business needs into clear requirements and an achievable roadmap.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the strategy, roadmap, and backlog for international data and reporting products.\nGather requirements from stakeholders across Financial Services, Supply Chain, Field Operations, Restaurant Experience, and international divisions.\nTranslate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, priorities, and measurable outcomes.\nPartner with analytics and data engineering teams to align business requirements with technical delivery.\nFacilitate alignment across business, product, analytics, engineering, and platform teams.\nPrioritize work based on business value, restaurant impact, budget, feasibility, and scalability.\nManage scope, communicate trade-offs, and hold stakeholders and delivery partners accountable to agreed-upon commitments.\nDefine the reporting capabilities needed to support the Canada and Puerto Rico technology transitions.\nIdentify data gaps, dependencies, reporting needs, and quality risks.\nCreate clear documentation for product requirements, decisions, priorities, and expected outcomes.\nDrive progress in an environment where requirements may be incomplete and multiple initiatives are already underway.\n\nCompensation: \n$65/hr to $75/hr. \n \nExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.\n \nBenefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
