As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative , you'll: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Match customers with the best coverage for their needs. If you have a proven track record in sales (any industry) and exceptional customer service skills, we'll provide all the training you need to excel in the insurance world. Entry-level applicants start at $36,000 base salary + commissions (average first-year earnings $86,000+ ). Already Experienced in Insurance Sales? Even Better! If you're already licensed and experienced, you'll hit the ground running. Experienced applicants start at $38,000 basesalary or higher, with top performers earning $150,000+ in commission last year. Our very best exceeded $200,000. Solicits for new business via telephone, texting, networking, and other lead sources. Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Maintain knowledge of new products. Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads (We provide you 35 leads per day) & referral sources. Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individuals. Prior Sales Experience is required in another industry if not already licensed. Career minded vision. Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial, but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
