Experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our team. This is a key position responsible for managing the company's day-to-day bookkeeping and overseeing office operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

*Manage all bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks

*Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

*Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

*Process payroll and maintain financial records

*Prepare financial reports

*Maintain organized office files and records

*Coordinate daily office operations and administrative tasks

*Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers as needed

Qualifications:

*Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience

*Proficiency in QuickBooks (REQUIRED)

*Strong understanding of accounting principles

*Excellent organizational and time-management skills

*Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

*Strong communication and customer service skills

*Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
