The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting team in a large, collaborative environment. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to manage financial data efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions accurately and timely
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain and update ledgers and journals
- Prepare financial reports for management review
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting
- Collaborate with an accounting team of 8+ professionals
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in bookkeeping
Ten person CPA firm with diverse clientele including small and medium sized businesses, high net worth individuals, trusts and financial statement preparation engagements.
