What We’re Looking For:

• The Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on residential/light commercial HVAC service experience.
• The Mindset: An old-school work ethic. You take ownership of your work, show up on time, and don't cut corners.
• The Credentials: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are non-negotiable. EPA Certification is required.
• Skills Over Paper: NATE or other certifications are a nice bonus, but we value real-world troubleshooting skills and field experience above any piece of paper.
• The Attitude: A team player who communicates clearly with customers and respects the dispatch/office crew handling the logistics behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, and boilers).
• Performing thorough maintenance, inspections, and system evaluations.
• Troubleshooting complex issues and explaining solutions to customers cleanly and professionally.
• Managing your daily workload independently, backed by a highly organized local dispatch team.
