Job Details Position Description: Provides outpatient physical therapy care by developing treatment plans to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Therapists work with individuals to prevent mobility loss through fitness and wellness programs. Services are rendered in various settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and nursing homes. Certifications: AZ license required, BLS certification required Required Qualifications: AZ license, BLS certification, 2 years of experience in outpatient rehabilitation, Bachelors or higher degree in Physical Therapy, valid state licensure, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with 40 hours per week. Additional Information: Will float to acute care as needed. Experience with Cerner electronic medical records is required. This role is based on coverage for leave, with an expected start date of 09/28/2026 and end date of 12/28/2026.
