In this role, you’ll oversee a varied portfolio of projects from an owner’s perspective, providing program management and ensuring that projects meet internal requirements. As the Senior Project Manager, you will be involved from the initial planning stages and will be responsible for assuring the project is completed per schedule within cost limitations.Your ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment. Here's what you'll need Minimum of 10 years of experience managing numerous projects including project planning, reviewing project schedules, project controls, reporting, resource management, and construction document reading and interpretation.Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certification in related field or 4 years additional experience8+ years experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building rehabilitation projects5+ years of experience in aviation construction projects Must be able to manage multiple projects using established controls/procedures and provide project leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers, and resolve any critical issues pertinent to the project OSHA 30 Certification or completion within 30 days of employmentIdeally, You’ll Also Have:  Working knowledge of Primavera P6 softwareBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred #EastPMCM #NorthPMCM #LI-SD2Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
