Desired Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Parapro license or Teaching Assistant (TA) certification
• Experience working with elementary-aged children, ideally in an educational setting
• Understanding of classroom management and learning strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine interest in child development
• Ability to assist with academic, social, and emotional needs as directed by teachers

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to individual students or groups as assigned
• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
• Support students’ personal care and social-emotional needs
• Reinforce classroom routines and expectations
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environment
