About the Role As the Graphic Designer, you will be a key player within our Legends Global Partnerships and Legends Global Sales teams on the Tampa Bay Rays new stadium project. You will be responsible for developing high-quality creative assets that support the Partnership and Ticket Sales teams, ensuring our creative work aligns seamlessly with overarching business objectives. You will drive the management of creative initiatives, design projects, and content development—including custom pitch presentations, partnership concepts, activation mockups, research briefs, and other sales materials. With top-notch design skills and a keen eye for detail, you will translate strategic ideas into engaging, polished visual solutions that effectively communicate the value of partnership opportunities to prospective brands and set the standard for excellence across all creative output. You will collaborate closely with Creative Services, partnership strategy, sales leadership, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop creative work that aligns with client objectives and Tampa Bay Rays brand standards. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker, highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines About the Project/Venue The Tampa Bay Rays are developing a state-of-the-art ballpark at Hillsborough College in Tampa’s Westshore district, targeting a 2029 opening. This public-private partnership anchors the Champions Quarter mixed-use district. With 11,500 premium seats designed to set new MLB benchmarks, Legends Global seeks exceptional leaders to drive this transformational project.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES)

Concept and design a wide variety of graphics for  website , sales  application , partner pitches, sales  center  and other digital marketing channels. Think “outside the box” to generate innovative graphic content to tell the  Tampa Bay Rays Ballpark  sales story in a dynamic way. Ensure projects stay on track by handling multiple moving pieces simultaneously from origin to execution. Ability to meet deadlines and work with changing priorities. Communicate directly with partnerships executives, project-based teams, and internal teams to ensure the brand guidelines are met in all collateral representing Legends and our clients. Manage relationships with internal and third-party vendors and resources. Work with leadership on other content needed for projects, such as outreach campaigns, one-sheeters, micro-sites, video production, etc.

WHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)

Bachelor’s Degree with major coursework in Digital Art & Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a closely related field. 3+ years of experience within the creative/design industry. Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite on Mac; specifically, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with After Effects and Adobe Premiere is highly encouraged and considered a strong plus.. Advanced knowledge in digital best practices, layout  design  and typography Advanced understanding of digital formats across screen sizes and devices. Excellent interpersonal,  verbal  and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally. Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit and attention to detail Superior computer skills including a high level of macOS, Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and various creative and web-based software Ability to quickly earn and maintain trust Ability to handle multiple design projects in a fast-paced weekly workflow.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & TRAVEL

Role requires regular on-site presence to support project launch, client partnership, team leadership, and venue-related activity. Ability to work both traditional and non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules as business needs require. Travel may be required for meetings, training, client engagement, industry events, and Legends Global business needs. COMPENSATION

Competitive pay, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for an incentive. Legends Global offers a competitive total rewards package, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
