Strategic Roadmap & Monetisation: Drive market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and user research across global advertising verticals; establish product vision, go-to-market positioning, pricing tiers, and commercialisation models. Product Specification & UX: Deconstruct complex ad-tech research workflows into robust PRDs, user flows, and metrics; partner with UX designers to deliver tier-1 SaaS product experiences while prioritising backlogs for maximum ROI. Cross-Functional Execution: Lead sprint reviews and cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Algorithm, and QA teams; establish launch KPIs and oversee end-to-end execution standards. GTM & Lifecycle Optimization: Collaborate with Growth and Sales teams on product launch toolkits; directly interface with enterprise clients to monitor adoption, CSAT, and retention rates to drive continuous product iterations. Candidate Profile: Background: Bachelor’s degree+ in STEM or business-related majors; 3–5+ years in SaaS or AI product management. Track Record: Hands-on experience delivering at least one full-lifecycle international B2B/B2C SaaS product; deep understanding of ad-tech ecosystems and commercialisation logic. Toolkit: Advanced mastery of product design and prototyping tools (Figma, Axure, Sketch). Core Competencies: Analytical mindset with strong data intuition; proven leadership in stakeholder management and cross-functional influence. Market Intuition: Strong grasp of ad scenarios and user psychology, with a sharp eye for translating client pain points into compelling product USPs.
