End & Cost Accounting: Support month ? end close activities including inventory, COGS, manufacturing variances, capital expenditures, journal entries, reconciliations, standard costing, and audit support.Operations Finance Partnership: Serve as a key business partner to operations, supporting forecasting, AOP, budgets, strategic planning, capital spend planning, and cost ? savings initiatives (Kaizen, VSM, Six Sigma).Costing & Variance Analysis: Research, calculate, and analyze labor, overhead, and material variances; review bills of materials; establish and maintain accurate product and standard costs in the ERP system.Reporting, Modeling & Decision Support: Prepare financial models and analyses (e.g., make/buy decisions), production efficiency metrics, capital expenditure requests, and operational performance reports.Inventory & Systems Support: Support physical inventories and cycle counts, ensure accurate inventory valuation, and assist with SAP/ERP implementations and system enhancements.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.Minimum 7 years in Accounting or Finance positions with the majority in operations and/or manufacturing.3 -5 years experience with SAPAdvanced Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBIDemonstrated professionalism in written and verbal communications, ability to effectively work with a cross-functional team.Preferred Qualifications:3 - 5 years' experience with SAPCPA / CMA / MBA preferredExposure to Planful, BPC, Oracle EPM, Blackline helpfulWhy Laborie:Our Mission every day is to operate as a world-class specialist medical company making and advancing technologies that preserve and restore human dignity.
