Job Description:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and SMEs to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct requirement workshops and facilitate discussions between business and technology teams.
- Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and business process analysis.
- Coordinate with development, QA, UAT, and business teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support UAT, defect resolution, change management, and production implementation.
- Manage requirement traceability and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Required Skills: Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, User Stories, Process Mapping, Agile/Scrum, Jira/Confluence, UAT, Stakeholder Management.
Preferred: Banking/Financial Services experience is highly preferred, particularly Trading, Capital Markets, or Tax domain experience .
