DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Software Business Analyst to help deliver business-critical software solutions. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, analyzed, and translated into functional specifications. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, experience in software development environments, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements for new and existing systemsPerform gap analyses and document workflows, wireframes, use cases, and functional specsPartner with development and QA teams to review scope, track progress, resolve roadblocks, and support testingCommunicate project status, timelines, risks, and issues to stakeholdersEvaluate solutions for scalability, usability, and implementation readinessAnalyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvementsSupport system enhancements and ensure compliance with HIPAA and related regulationsMentor junior analysts and contribute to reporting and process standardsRequirements8+ years of experience as a Functional or Software Business AnalystExperience supporting large-scale IT solutions in an SDLC environmentStrong documentation, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesExperience with JIRA, Confluence, wireframing, and workflow documentationAbility to work cross-functionally with business, development, and QA teamsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferredHealthcare and/or pharmacy operations experience requiredJob typePerm
