Now Hiring Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Franklin, MA

On behalf of our client, Noor Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our client's team in Franklin, MA. This is a temporary, full-time opportunity providing coverage during an employee's paternity leave while supporting the client's talent acquisition and hiring initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our client's recruiting operations by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, assisting with onboarding activities, maintaining recruitment records, and providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional, and able to adapt in a fast paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Communicate with applicants regarding scheduling, onboarding, and hiring updates • Review resumes and assist with candidate screening activities

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation

• Support onboarding and new hire processes

• Assist with job postings and recruiting activities

• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team

• Respond to candidate inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Follow client and staffing firm policies and procedures

• Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations

Required Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills

• Professional and dependable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting talent acquisition or recruiting teams

• Additional human resources or staffing industry experience

• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Pay & Schedule

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1st Shift

• Shift length: 8-hour shifts

• Pay rate: $25.00 per hour

• Pay frequency: Weekly

• Overtime: May be available based on client needs
