Job Title Logistics Sales Executive Job Type Full-time; On-site Location Naperville, IL Responsibilities Develop new business through high-volume outbound sales activity (cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation) Build and maintain a pipeline of shippers and carrier relationships across assigned territories and lanes Manage end-to-end shipment execution, including pricing, booking, tracking, and issue resolution Grow and manage an active book of business to achieve monthly gross profit targets Transition and onboard existing customer accounts for senior-level brokers with portable business Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction Leverage company asset-backed capacity network to secure and execute freight solutions Experience & Qualifications 1–3+ years of experience in freight brokerage, carrier sales, or logistics sales Proven ability to generate new business or maintain an active, transferable book of business Strong outbound sales discipline with ability to complete high-volume daily call activity Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly gross profit or revenue targets Strong understanding of freight brokerage operations, pricing, and transportation market dynamics Ability to work 100% onsite in Naperville, IL Compensation Details This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission #J-18808-Ljbffr CS Recruiting
